It's stiff but very quick break in very durable and the laces stay on.
I got this glove for Christmas and it took a while to break in but once it gets broken in it’s very easy and sigma
Nice leather, not impossible to break in, takes some time and energy. Get glove conditioner, then Wrap a softball in pocket. Play catch
